Our Operations Team is focused on making sure your getting the information and support that you will need on a daily basis. You will have our expertise and help in the following areas:

• 2 week in-store training
• Real estate selection
• Construction build-out
• Vendor relations on all needed equipment and product
• My Pie store set-up and implementation
• Hiring staff/HR
• Weekly Store Management
• P/L’s
• Grand Openings
• Local Area Marketing and Advertising
• Local Networking
• Customer relations

In the end we will grow as a team and build a strong My Pie Pizza brand together. You’ll be in business for yourself, but not by yourself.
